The Details
The Ottawa Writer's Circle is kicking off 2022 with a fundraiser to support our community envision what they would like to accomplish over the next year--and beyond!--and how their fellow members can help them get there.
You can expect walking out of this fundraiser with the following:
- SMART goals for the upcoming year, and three to five years, if you'd like
- Actual deadlines to help you accomplish those goals
- Tangible activities, including community support, to set you up for the best possible chance to meet your newly set deadlines
While we're hosting this event to help cover the costs of running the OWC, we know the pandemic hasn't been easy on any of us, and the last thing we want is that to be a barrier to participating in our community. So, we're leaving the tickets as pay-what-you-can. Every donation, no matter how small, helps us keep the figurative lights on, so thank you. Of course, we are also happy to accept comically large contributions. We aren't above getting a Scrooge-McDuck-style indoor swimming pool while we plan our next workshop series.
