This discussion group is for writers of any genre, medium, or skill level to get together and talk about various aspects of writing. It’s an opportunity to talk about your current projects, share writing tips and strategies, ask questions, and connect with others who share your interest in creative writing.  Come join in the discussion!

This month’s discussion topic is: Dialogue.  How do you write good dialogue?  How do you avoid or fix common dialogue problems, like characters sounding the same, dialogue that’s too ‘on the nose’ or expository, unnatural sounding dialogue, etc.?  Which writers do you think are the best at writing dialogue?

For in person events: Masks and other measures are no longer required, but feel free to take the precautions that make you feel the most comfortable, and please use your judgement to stay home if you don’t feel well.
